I am a graduate of Georgia Southern and Lincoln Memorial Universities.  I have taught both elementary and middle school during my career.  I firmly believe we are all lifelong learners, and educating students, regardless of the level, is a tremendous responsibility that I do not take lightly.  I have been an administrator for 17 years, both as principal and assistant principal.  I am married and have two children and four grandchildren.  My hobbies include music and woodworking.  I feel extremely fortunate to be a part of South Douglas Elementary, its community, and our amazing staff.
