Hello Bear Cub Family! I am excited to be a part of South Douglas Elementary School as your Assistant Principal! I have nine years of teaching experience. I have worked in Heard County School System, where I have taught 1st grade for four years, 2nd grade for two years, and Technology to grades Kindergarten thru 5th Grade for three years. I am a graduate of Heard County High School. I received my Bachelor of Science in Education Degree in 2014 and my Master's Degree in Curriculum and Instruction in 2021, both from Liberty University. I received my Specialist's Degree from Augusta University in Advanced Educational Studies in 2023. I have been married to my husband and best friend, Brian, for 16 years. We have three children , Brandon, Bradford and Kenzlie, and a daughter-in-law, Tahlor.
I am looking forward to working with you and your child!! Together we are going to make it a great year at SDES!!!
